WELCOME.....

This website is designed to introduce you to the new Industrial Park in the City of Richmond.  This Industrial Park has parcels from 4 Acres on up to 28 Acres.  Phase I of the infrastructure improvements are now completed and Phase II will extend these same utilities and the roadway further into the property when the need arises.  This infrastructure includes Sanitary & Storm Sewers in addition to Waterlines.  All utilities have been stubbed off at individual lots for ease of development.  Plus, there is 954' of Canadian National Railroad Frontage.

All approvals and completion of Phase II infrastructure with Eight Parcel Splits are in place and will transfer to the new owner.  These improvements to the Industrial Park are being paid for by the City of Richmond's TIFA Program.

The City of Richmond's TIFA was established in 1984 under Public Act 450 of 1980, and it is the City's main economic developement tool.  It utilizes tax increment financing to capture taxes generated within the TIFA district for reinvestment into infrastructure improvements to benefit the district.  For additional information regarding the TIFA or infrastructure contact the Richmond City Manager or City Planner at (586) 727-7571.
